Your OnTap digital business card (including any physical NFC cards or QR codes linked to your account)
Any mobile applications, dashboards, or tools we provide
Any updates, tutorials, or customer support related to your card
They do not cover third-party services (like YouTube, Google Analytics, or social media platforms) that you may interact with through your card or our website. Those services have their own terms.
2. Who Can Use OnTap
You may use our Service if:
You are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
You are a real person, business, or authorized representative of an organization.
If you are signing up on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
They do not cover third-party services (like YouTube, Google Analytics, or social media platforms) that you may interact with through your card or our website. Those services have their own terms.
3. Your Account
3.1 Creating Your Account
When you create an account: Your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and any other details you choose to put on your digital business card.
When you contact us: Your name, email address, and the content of your message.
When you schedule a demo: Your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
How you use our website: Which pages you visit, how long you stay, and what you click on.
Your device and browser: Such as your device type, browser version, and approximate location (city or region).
Interaction with your digital card: When someone views or taps your OnTap card, we may record basic usage data (e.g., date, time, and which card was viewed). This helps you understand who is engaging with your card.
2.3 Information from Third Party Sources
If you sign up through one of our partner organizations, we may receive basic information from them (such as your name and work email) to set up your account.
3. How We Use Your Information

Marketing data: If you unsubscribe from emails, we will keep your email address on a suppression list to honor your request.
